Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Shipping will be via USPS Mail, FedEx Ground & Smart Post or UPS Ground & Mail Innovations for domestic shipments, international shipping chargers will vary depending on the destination. Expedited shipping is available on some items, at time of invoicing this additional shipping option may be shown. Some items that are listed as free shipping may also have expedited shipping options at additional cost. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses as we are not able to offer tracking service.

    We ship to all international destination and APO locations. Transit times will vary depending on the shipping method used. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of international parcels. An additional handling and paperwork charge may be charged included with the shipping cost to cover the additional paperwork involved for such shipments. The cheapest shipping option is always choosen but upgrades on shipping are available by contacting us with your request.

  • Returns & Replacements

    Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to K-TechDepot within 30 days of purchase date subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

    Any item accepted for return will attract a restocking fee of 5% if if item is not defective, shipped incorrectly or bore no fault of shipper in regards to fulfillment of sale. All returns will only be accepted after issuance of an RMA#. Returns must be returned with all original packing slips, and packaging. Refunding of original shipping fees will be decided on a case by case basis. Please review item details as some reconditioned and used items will not be accepted for return.

    Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, K-TechDepot reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. K-TechDepot is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. K-TechDepot is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

    No Return/Exchange on the following:

    • TVs, combos and monitors 37" and larger once any of the packaging has been opened.
    • Computers and Computer Software, once any of the manufacturer's packaging has been opened.
    • Electronic Software Downloads are not returnable or refundable.
    • All consumable items (e.g., film, tapes, paper, bulbs, CD, DVDs, etc.) once unwrapped.
    • Any computers built or modified by K-TechDepot to customer's specifications.
    • Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
    • Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
    • Educational tapes and books once unwrapped.
    • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
